Spaghetti agli e olio

Masak simple je malam ni dalam keadaan kepala senget dok cakap telefon sambil masak. Inilah hasil masakan plus bergayut telefon hahaha siap jugak...tapi yang masalahnya tengkuk lak sakit. Bukan gayut dengan sapa pun, gayut dengan xroomate masa study dulu, banyak lak cita......dalam masa yang sama mr. hubby pun dok call masuk, dengarla bunyi tut....tut....tut.....bz sungguh

Dinner malam ni saya masak spaghetti goreng tapi nama officialnya spaghetti agli e olio.
Mengikut Wikipedia, Spaghetti Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino (Spaghetti with Garlic, Olive Oil & Chili Peppers) is a traditional Italian pasta dish that can be made cheaply without seasonal or store-bought ingredients, said to originate traditionally from the region of Abruzzo, although it is popular across the country.
Usually served with spaghetti, the sauce is made by lightly sauteeing minced or pressed garlic in olive oil, sometimes with the addition of dried red chilli flakes. Finely chopped parsley can be added as a garnish, along with pecorino or parmesan cheese

Cara saya buat lak, saya tumis bawang merah dan garlic kemudian masukkan mushroom. Kemudian saya masukkan udang, sayur, spaghetti yang dah siap rebus, cili flake, parsley, oregano, black pepper dan garam.
